In case you missed the Frightfilm Kickoff, here's what you need to know,

1. The cinematic technique you need to incorporate somewhere in your film is the "Dolly/Zoom".  Physically moving your camera to or from the subject while you zoom the opposite direction.  Still don't get it?

Click this, and pay attention.

2. The prop you need to incorporate is ...a shovel(Not a hand spade).  Please have one of your character's use it in some way.  Don't just have it in the shot.

3. A line from a "classic horror film".

Make sure you list the timecodes for each of these items in your credits. List the classic movie quote including the movie title and premiere year as text in the credits as well.

Don't forget to use the Frightfilm logo in your credits as well(Please at least five seconds).

Please take lots of images of your production shoots and post them on our Facebook page and/or send a download link to us in an email to info@frightfilmcompetition.com.  We want to have them playing at the premiere!

We'll announce the location, viewing blocks and times in the coming weeks.
